Central Board of Secondary Education CBSE has released Central Teacher Eligibility Test CTET July 2024. Candidates interested in the CTET paper I and paper II primary and junior level can apply online between 07/03/2024 and 02/04/2024. CTET Primary Level (Class I to V)

  1. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR
  2. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.  OR
  3. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
  4. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education)*.

CTET Junior Level (Class VI to VIII)

  1. Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
  2. At least 50% marks either in Graduation or in Post-Graduation and passed or appearing in final year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).
  3. Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.
  4. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
  5. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
  6. Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year B.Ed. (Special Education)*.
  7. Any candidate having qualified B.Ed. Programme recognized by the NCTE is eligible to appear in TET/CTET. Moreover, as per the existing TET guidelines circulated vide NCTE letter dated 11-02-2011, a person who is pursuing any of the teacher education courses (recognized by the NCTE or the RCI, as the case may be) specified in the NCTE Notification dated 23rd August 2010 is also qualified to appear in the TET/CTET.
  8. Post-Graduation with a minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade and passed or appearing in final year of three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed.

 

  • The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) for Paper I to V and VI to VIII for July 2024. The online application period is from 07/03/2023 to 02/04/2024.
  • Please note that this year, the availability of exam centers in each city is limited. Candidates will be able to view real-time information about available centers while filling out the form. Therefore, candidates who prefer their nearest exam center/city should apply as soon as possible, as slots are limited.
  • Before applying for the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) through the Central TET CTET Exam Latest Online Form for July 2024, candidates are advised to carefully read the notification.
  • It’s important for candidates to ensure they have all required documents, including proofs of eligibility, ID, address details, and basic information.
  • Candidates should prepare scanned copies of documents such as photographs, signatures, and ID proofs required for the recruitment form.
  • Before submitting the application form, candidates must thoroughly review the preview and ensure all columns are filled accurately.
  • After completing the application process, candidates should take a printout of the final submitted form for their records.
